was exhibited in 26th Generative Art Conference in Rome, Italy.

in the Palace Garnier. We revised our software to adapt it to FHD 60Hz camera and projector and Apple Silicon CPU.

Jiří Kylián's newest piece, Zugvögel,
premiered in the
Bavarian State Opera in Munich, Germany. We released
the software, ZugVoegel 1.0.

The sound quality was improved.
More than one sound files and directories got selectable for the source of sampled sounds.
A new variable parameter was added for the volume of sampled sounds.
A new sound type named sequential playback was introduced.

The redering algorithm improved for smoother animation.

was nominated for the Best Production of the Year, for Zwanen 2009 in the Netherlands.

The arrangement of GUI elements in the parameter panel was changed.
New variable parameters were added for exclusive area size for each agent,
color and opacity of shadow, color of strokes for man shapes,
and velocity effect for curves, branches, and loops.
A tweeting agent and its neighbors got magnified proportionally to the loudness
of the sound it generates.
Recording functionality was improved for smooth run in Leopard.
GUI and memory management for loading sampled sound data was improved for long tunes.

A new drawing method named loops was added.
A new option to draw frame strokes for human shapes was added.
Bugs of sound synthesis for PPC machine were fixed.

The animation rendering got running in an independent thread separated from the main thread.
It runs smoothly even in case the camera is slow.
A bug of full-screen mode for a wide display was fixed.

- Dec. 13, 2008: New version DT4 1.6.3 was released.
A new method for music track assignment was added.
Tracks are selected according to the horizonral position of tweeting agents in this mode.
- Nov. 13, 2008: Our new softwares named "iso tracker" and "DT5" were used
for a stage effect in
Gods and Dogs
chreographed by Jiří Kylián,
that was premiered by Netherlands Dance Theater II
in Lucent Dance Theater, the Hague, the Netherlands.

Some bugs on sound synthesis were fixed.
Two new shapes called balls and man shapes were added in drawing styles for agents.
The branches style got affected by roundness parameter.

Some bugs on reflection color and movie recording were fixed.
A new feature was added to make effect sounds as beats by restricting the initiation timing.

The window size and the number of agents are automatically adjusted to the performance
of the computer. A script to change the parameters at random runs in default.
